How Do You Cook Pork Loin On A Roaster Gas Grill?
Slow cooking pork loin on a roaster gas grill produces tender, cuts-with-a-fork meat. The loin sits on a wire rack that goes inside the roasting pan with a small amount of braising liquid to keep the pork moist. Cooking with indirect heat works best, but requires a two-burner gas grill. The roasting pan sits on one side of the grill with the burner beneath it turned off. The other burner provides heat to roast the loin with the grill cover closed. On three-burner grills, the loin goes over the middle burner and the two outside burners are used.
