Open a new spreadsheet. Create a column heading titled “Task”. Title the next column “Responsible Party” or “Who”. The next column is headed “Resources Needed”. This denotes any departments, people, or materials that will be needed to assist in completing the task. Title the next column “Completion Date” The last column is “Status”.
