Using conditional text in FrameMaker documents allows you to hide and show text at the paragraph, the word, or even the character level. By default, FrameMaker includes a “Comment” conditional text tag. To explore the power of conditional text, you must create your own conditional text tags. Open a FrameMaker document and click “Special” and then “Conditional Text.” The “Conditional Text” dialog box displays. Click the “Edit Condition Tag” button.
