Diablos is a GF (guardian force) in the game Final Fantasy VIII for the Sony PlayStation. He must be fought and defeated before your character can recruit him for use. He can be a rough boss if you don’t really know what you are doing. However, there are a few tricks you can use in order to defeat him pretty easily. Acquire the Magical Lamp. This is a missable item that has to be obtained during the mission briefing for Squall’s first SEED mission. Speak to Cid twice during the briefing to obtain the Magical Lamp. Prepare your characters. Make sure you have three characters in your active party, and that all three of them have the “draw” command equipped.
