Lift the base of the back seat you will see access to fuel tank via the sender take the top off and syphon the petrol from there

It’s a plastic tank on everything except the GT model…but I still wouldn’t drill it. Down the drivesr side just in front of the rear wheel the 75 models and later 60 models have a fuel filter, you can remove theis then give the fuel pump some power to get the fuel…but it will come out under pressure. Easiest way…which is how I did it when I scrapped my last Punto…lift the rear seat up…there’s a metal plate beneath held down by about 3 screws. Take the plate off and beneath is the fuel pump. That’s held in on a big screw thread so disconnect the pipes and wires…a bit of petrol will probably trickle from the pipes…then uncrew the pump and housing. Underneath the housing you have the fuel tank…add a jam-jar and you can get a fair bit out of the tank…or you can siphon it from there though it’s not easy to siphon unless the car is raised up. If you use the jam jar method I’d recommend that you wear latex gloves…they won’t last forever but they’ll save you having to dunk
