How Do You Fix A Leaky Peerless Kitchen Faucet?

Few things are more annoying than a leaky faucet. You literally watch money go down the drain. You can fix your leaky Peerless kitchen faucet by replacing seats and rubber o-rings. Replacement parts are available at home improvement centers and plumbing supply houses. Most leaks are due to the seats not sealing around the ball inside the faucet. While you have the faucet apart you can also check and replace two o-rings between the spout and the faucet body. Go under the sink and locate the two water shut off valves. Turn the valve handles clockwise to shut off the water to the faucet. Go back to the top of the sink and turn on the faucet to allow any residual water to drain from the pipes. Turn off the faucet. Locate the set screw on the side of the handle and remove the screw with an Allen wrench. Lift the faucet handle off the faucet body. Remove the dome nut that secures the faucet ball and the faucet spout to the faucet body. Turn the dome nut counter-clockwise to remove the nut. I
