Right click on the entry in the Device Manager for the audio output device that is giving you issues. Click “Properties” from the menu you now see on screen. Click the “Driver” tab of the audio output device’s “Properties” window. Click “Roll Back Driver.” This will uninstall the newest version of the driver for that device and install the last most recent version that worke
