These two errors can occur when either the add-in of the Windows registry is corrupt or damaged, or the Microsoft bCommerce Manager add-in is installed. When these errors occur, the user must remove the bCommerce Manager registry entry and add-in. Step 1 Click “Start” on the desktop and then select “Run.” When the “Run” window appears, type “regedit” in the search bar. This will load the registry key. Step 2 Scan through the registry key and select “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\FrontPage\Addins\FPE.com.AddIn.” Step 3 Click “Delete” on the Edit Menu, then click “Yes” when asked if you sure you want to remove the registry item. Step 4 Quit the registry and restart the computer. Step 5 Click “Start” and then “Control Panel” once the computer has rebooted.
