These two errors can occur when either the add-in of the Windows registry is corrupt or damaged, or the Microsoft bCommerce Manager add-in is installed. When these errors occur, the user must remove the bCommerce Manager registry entry and add-in. Step 1 Click “Start” on the desktop and then select “Run.” When the “Run” window appears, type “regedit” in the search bar. This will load the registry key.
