How Do You Garnish & Serve Shrimp & Scallop Seafood Pasta?
“Today we’re going to make Shrimp and Scallop Fettucini with a side of garlic bread. Okay, so now our efforts are going to be rewarded because it’s time to eat. What we’re going to do is assemble this dish. So we’ll get a healthy portion of linguini here, beautifully al dente. Put it into a lovely bowl, because the bowl is important here instead of a plate, because the sauce is a little thinner, it’s a nice pasta sauce. So you want to go ahead and make sure everybody gets enough shrimp and scallops in here, see how beautiful that came out? The scallops are very tender, so is the shrimp you can just tell. Put some mushrooms in there, now you’re done with that. Get a little bit of Parmesan cheese or a lot whichever you prefer. I like a lot. Then add your fresh chiffonade basil on the top; this really makes a nice fresh flavor too. Then accompanying with your crusty bread and you’ve got a meal.
