How do you get a party hat in runescape?
It’s been asked numerous times the way to get it was in the Christmas event of 2003 and in that event you would get Christmas crackers which when you opened them would give either you or the person you used it on a party hat and the person who didn’t get the hat a toy instead. There is no way to obtain them now other than trade, grand exchange, or party room if your lucky.
