How Do You Get Luminous Pale Skin?
• Take a lukewarm water bath with 1/2 gallon of milk and 4 cups of Epsom salts every week to lighten your skin. After a your skin becomes pale, do this only once a month. You can also use skin bleachers if you want. • Protect your skin • Depending on your fashion sense and the weather you can wear a hat, carry a parasol or umbrella, and/or wear clothing that covers most of your skin. • Apply a light sunscreen in the morning, even if it’s not particularly sunny. If you are headed out for a day in the sun, wear a high SPF sunblock, such as 35 or 60. • Avoid going out during the hotest part of the day, between noon and 3 p.m. • Take care of yourself • Exercise, eat right, and maintain overall good health. Pale skin on an unhealthy person is not a pretty sight. • In particular, take very good care of your skin. Wash it gently every morning and night and do a facial once a week. For my facial I like to mix one part flour to two parts milk, with a little bit of lemon juice to lighten my skin
