How do you get rid of dried blood stains?

0

First off and most important: DO NOT USE HOT WATER ON BLOOD STAINS. If they have already gone through the washer and drier they may be permanent, sorry. If they have not gone through the wash yet, soak them in ice water over night. Go to the store and get a big bag of ice and three or four bottles of hydrogen peroxide. After the shirts soak over night hand wring them out and pour the peroxide on the stains, then use baking soda as a scrub. Pour more peroxide over the stains to wash out the baking soda. Keep doing this until the stains are out, then wash normally.
