You’ve probably heard about many of the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. However, in my lifetime, I have seen the health benefits of apple cider vinegar with my own eyes. My grandmother lived to be 98 years old and managed to stay healthy and fit for her entire life. She had a simple recipe, her own version of the apple cider vinegar diet, that she would make for herself and drink everyday. Obviously, I can’t be sure how much this drink had to do with her long life and good health, but i do know that she swore by the recipe and drank it every day. Measure the honey into a full size drinking glass. Some people prefer to use buckwheat honey, but it is not necessary–my grandmother just used regular honey that she bought at the grocery store. Measure 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into the glass. Some people prefer raw apple cider vinegar or organic apple cider vinegar, but again, my grandmother just used the regular apple cider vinegar that she’d buy from the grocery store.
