How Do You Import A Contact File Into Outlook From Windows Mail?
The email contact list has replaced Rolodexes and address books. These lists contain all the contact information for a business associate or friend including mailing addresses, photos, and business cards. Microsoft provides two software programs for accessing email: Windows Mail and Microsoft Outlook. Windows Mail is distributed with the Vista operating system. Outlook is distributed with the Office Suite. Because both are Microsoft products, the process of converting contacts between the two programs is simple. Open Microsoft Outlook. Select “File” from the top menu bar. Choose “Import and Export” from the menu list.
