How Do You Install A Postscript Printer Driver?
No matter what type of computer you own or what you use it for, it is important to choose your printer carefully. It is also important to install the proper driver for that printer. Installing the right driver will ensure that all of your documents look the way you expect. Log on to your computer and click the “Start” button. Choose “Control Panel” from the menu. Double-click the “Printers and Faxes” icon and then the “Add a printer” button. Click “Next” to get started. Clear the “automatically detect” check box and choose the “Local printer” option. Click “Next” and choose the appropriate port for your printer (i.e., LPT1 or USB). Click “Next” and choose the make and model of your printer. Be sure to select the PostScript driver option.
