How Do You Install A VGA Device Driver?
VGA (video graphics array) is a video based connection many computer monitors use with the stand alone tower. The cable streams the video signal from the computer to the monitor (but not vice versa). However, your computer monitor, like most other computer hardware, does need a driver installed to properly accept the VGA signal. Without the driver installed your computer may have difficulties sending the appropriate video data to the monitor. Connect the VGA cable into the “VGA” port on the rear of the computer. Plug the opposite end of the cable into the “VGA” port on the computer monitor. Insert the driver installation CD into the CD/DVD drive of the computer. In a moment the driver installation wizard appears on the screen. Accept the license agreement, if one is presented (some driver installation programs do not include a license agreement), then leave the installation name and location as default.
