Lint and Dirt can be frustrating when you are trying your best to keep your sculpt clean. Follow these steps to keep your fairy’s dirt and lint levels low. If your work space for sculpting is in a carpeted area you may want to put down a plastic mat down on the floor before sculpting to keep carpet lint from being distributed to your doll. If a mat is not in your budget consider moving your work to an area with hardwood floors. If you don’t have hardwood floors and have only carpet it’s still possible to keep carpet fibers low by not vacuuming the room at least a day before you start working and keep fans off while you are working it only spreads the lint around. Wear light colored clothes, if you wear something dark you will notice lint the same color as your clothing getting in the clay, this is your cue to change into something white or light colored.
