Step 1 With a metal whisk, beat olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ground mustard in a bowl until blended. Step 2 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in minced herbs, if desired, for a stronger taste. Step 3 Toss a salad of your favorite greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and celery. Add cashews or walnuts.
