Stir in minced herbs, if desired, for a stronger taste. Step 3 Toss a salad of your favorite greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and celery. Add cashews or walnuts. Step 4 Dress the salad with a few tablespoons of the vinaigrette and toss. Top with blue cheese. Store unused vinaigrette in container and refrigerate. Whisk or shake before using again.
