How Do You Make A Hair Bow (Using Fabric And Duct Tape)?

• Choose Your Tape and Fabric. Duct tape comes in many different colors. So does fabric. Plain fabric works best if you would like to decorate it later on (see tips). The colors can match or contrast (i.e., pink and orange or blue and yellow). • Cut Your Fabric. This will depend on how long you want your bow. 3 inches should be good. It’s better too long than too short. • Cut Your Duct Tape. The tape should be thin, it is used to simply hold the fabric in place. An inch wide should be good, while maybe 2 inches in length. • Wrap it. This applies to the fabric and tape. THE FABRIC SHOULD OVER LAP. Simply have the shorter layer on the inside. Now, begin wrapping the duct tape around, leaving some left over. Bobby Pin. Stick the bobby pin on the left over tape and finish wrapping. If you desire, place a dot of hot glue and place the bobby pin to keep it in place longer.
