How Do You Make A King Duvet?
Duvets, comforters and bed linens can change the look of your bedroom. King duvets are expensive to purchase but easy to make. This tutorial will give you step by step instructions on how to make a king size comforter cover. Select two king size flat sheets. You can use identical flat sheets and have the identical look on both sides of the duvet or you can select matching flat sheets to create a duvet with a reversible look. Select the thread that complements the sheets you selected. Set up your sewing machine. Thread your sewing machine with the thread you selected for the duvet project. Place the king size sheets flat on top of each other so that the design side is facing each other. Pin three sides of the king size sheets. The pined duvet should now be inside out. Sew the three sides together. Your duvet will look like a giant pillow case once the three sides are sewed together.
