Fold the netting down approximately 2 inches from the top and sew along the loose end, forming a fabric tube to thread your metal through. Fold the netting in half to make a pouch. Sew the open ends of the pouch all the way up to the small fabric tubes, leaving the top of one tube open for your metal hoop. Bend your metal tubing into a circle approximately 16 inches across.
