Obviously adornments, such as pearls or lace, can be added afterwards and the length of the tulle can be adjusted to suit your needs. Thread needle with 1 yard of invisible thread. Double thread over and tie knot. Trim excess thread after knot and set aside. Lay tulle on a flat, clean surface and fold in half to create a doubled over 1 yard of tulle. Position the folded crease towards you. Beginning at the left side of the fold, weave the needle loosely through the tulle along the fold to the right side. Stitches should be roughly 1 inch apart. Pull gently back on the tulle while pulling the thread out towards the right, making the tulle bunch up and gather.
