Stitch around three sides, forming a U shape as you sew the two pieces together, leaving 4 inches from the top. Make sure you do double stitching to make the bag more sturdy. Fold 2 1/2 inches downward from top and sew on the bottom fold to create an opening for the straps. Insert the strings separately in each side’s opening, tie firmly then slide the knot in the fold.
