How Do You Make An Old Fashioned Blackberry Pie?

0

Nothing can be more satisfying in summer than blackberry (or any other fruit pie) pie made from freshly picked fruits. The only disadvantage is that baking a traditional pie in the oven for an hour in the sizzling summer heat will make your house even more hot. The Old Fashion Blackberry Pie does not require baking besides 10 min for the shell. Put one and a half cups of blackberries in the pot, add 1 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. Crush the berries. Cook on low heat until very thick. Put aside and let the glaze cool. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of Whipped Topping until smooth. Spread in the baked and cooled pie shell covering bottom and sides of the shell. Pour remaining berries in the shell. Pour glaze over berries. Decorate with Whipper Topping and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
