How Do You Make Beef “Green” Enchiladas?
Since moving to California, I have learned to make a lot of different dishes. Lately I have been focusing on Mexican food. I love it. I don’t mean fast food tacos and burritos. I mean authentic Mexican food. Well, I try! I have found some great recipes along the way. And, I want to pass one on to all who read this article. Place the ground beef in a large sauce pan. And a dash of salt and pepper. Brown your ground beef. Remember to break up the ground as you are browning it. After the ground beef is completely browned, add the entire can of Las Palmas Green Enchilada Sauce. Cover with a lid and let this mixture simmer for at least 45 minutes. Now it is time to roll your enchiladas. Take a flour tortilla and put about a quarter cup of the ground beef mixture in it. Next, add a generous amount of the Monterey jack cheese. Now roll up the tortilla and place in the baking pan. Repeat this step until all the tortillas have been used. Once all of the enchiladas have been rolled up and placed
