This recipe for delicious peanut butter balls is easy and fast to prepare. It’s a great choice to get the kids involved in the kitchen. Let them shape or dip the balls and place the candy on a waxed-paper lined cookie sheet. Peanut butter balls make a sweet and delicious gift for teachers and co-workers. Just put the balls in small tins lined with seasonal paper. Mix 2 sticks butter, 1 12-ounce creamy peanut butter with the box of powdered sugar in a bowl until well mixed and you are able to shape the mixture into balls. Using hands, shape the mixture into bite-size balls, or squares. Place the balls on waxed-paper lined cookie sheet. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Melt 1 box semi-sweet chocolate (cooking type) in double boiler. Add a 1-inch paraffin square to melt with the chocolate. Stir.
