This will keep them entertained for a while. The following will show you how to make flubber with your kids. Step 1 Measure out 1 and 1/3 cups of warm water into a small container. Step 2 Add 2 teaspoons of 20 Mule Team Borax. Mix well until the Borax is completely dissolved into the water. Set this mixture to the side. Step 3 Measure out 1 and ½ cups of warm water.
