• Take a bagel and cut it lengthwise into round disks only about 1/8″ thick. To do this, hold the bagel standing on its side with one hand and cut with a very sharp and long knife in full slices. • Arrange the bagel slices on a cookie sheet, none overlapping. • Spray with Pam butter spray. • Sprinkle with garlic powder. • Turn them over and repeat steps 3 and 4. • Watch while broiling until as crisp as you like (about 5 minutes is good). It is usually not necessary to flip them because they are so thin. Allow to cool and eat some before serving to your guests.
