At a certain age, every kid loves gooey, icky slimy stuff. If you do not mind the “ick-factor” but do mind paying for the grossness, then make your own glow-in-the-dark goo at home using items that, for the most part, you probably already have in your craft cart. Mix the Elmer’s glue and 1 ½ cups of the warm water together. They will form a milky, white mixture. You can stir them with a spoon until they are fully mixed, then set them aside. Mix the borax and the rest of the warm water together in a separate bowl. Stir them together with a different spoon from the one you used to stir the glue and the water. Pour 2 ounces of glow in the dark paint into a third bowl. This may ruin your bowl, so you might want to use a plastic bowl that you can throw away.
