Qdoba Mexican Grill has some of the best guacamole in the world…but their recipe is top secret. Although the restaurant will not reveal its recipe, it does tell consumers what ingredients are in it. This recipe tastes just like the guacamole from Qdoba, and it is made from only the ingredients found in their recipe. The best part of all is it’s easy and quick to make. Enjoy it as an appetizer or as a side to any Mexican meal! Cut the avocados in half, remove seeds, and scoop the inside out into a medium mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocados until well blended. Core, seed, and finely dice jalapeño. Add to avocado. Finely chop the cilantro and red onion, and add to mixture. Add the salt and lime juice. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for any Mexican dish!
