How Do You Make Soap Out Of Goats Milk?

0

Making your own soap is an excellent home improvement craft. In addition to the money you can save by creating your own soap and not having to spend money on store-bought bars, you can also decide on a scent that is perfectly suited for you. Step 1 Put the milk in a pot and then slowly pour in the lye, stirring constantly with the electric stirrer. Step 2 Put the lard in the second pot and warm it to 90 degrees. Step 3 Slowly add the honey to the first pot while stirring, and allow the mixture to cool to 85 degrees. Step 4 Stir the warm lard into the first pot. Step 5 Add the borax and glycerin and continue to stir until the mixture reaches a consistency such that drizzling a small amount of it along its surface creates a faint pattern along the surface of the pot. Step 6 Add the scented oil of your choice and stir to evenly distribute it. Step 7 Pour the mixture into your molds, and let it sit overnight. Step 8 Let the bars cure out of the molds for six weeks.
