Combine the lime juice, brown sugar and red pepper in a small bowl. Thread the cod, red pepper, pineapple and onion evenly onto six skewers and place in a baking dish. Drizzle the kebabs with the lime juice mixture. Cover the kebabs and chill for 30 minutes. Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and preheat to medium heat.
