Vanilla * 1-1/2 cups Flour * 1 tsp Salt * 2-1/2 cups Walnuts, toasted (optional) * 1 Paper Doily * Confectioners Sugar for dusting Preparation: • Preheat oven to 375 degrees • Grease a 9 x 13 pan • Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat • Set aside • In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and peppermint at high speed for 10 minutes • Blend flour and salt into chocolate until mixed • Stir in the nuts, if using • Pour into prepared pan.
