How Do You Marinate A Great Steak?
Marinating a great steak makes for a perfect meal. I have a personal favorite method that is so easy you will be amazed. Try this out, and see if it becomes one of your favorites too! Select your cut of steak, and purchase the steaks. Place the steaks out on a cutting board. Rub Bolner’s Fiesta Texas Style Steak Seasoning Steak Seasoning with Tenderizer, on both sides of the steaks. Then place steaks in a long glass casserole dish that is shallow, so that you can lay out the steaks side by side. Pour, and brush, KC Masterpiece® Steakhouse Marinade all over the steaks, being sure to cover both sides. The sauce has a rich and robust flavor. You will find it adds delicious flavor to steak, and tastes great on chicken and pork too. Use less at first to see if you enjoy the results. Cover and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to broil or grill your steaks. I marinade at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
