How Do You Peel/Shell Hard Boiled Eggs Perfectly?

0

Hard-boiled eggs can be difficult to shell without tearing or breaking the egg whites. This is an easy way to quickly peel hard-boiled eggs. This process also allows you to peel several eggs at once. The eggs will come out of the shell perfectly. This is excellent for making deviled eggs. Cover raw eggs with cold water. Put on stove and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil eggs for approximately 15 minutes. At the end of the boiling time, remove from heat immediately and drain hot water from the pan. It is not necessary to rinse the eggs with cold water. Leave the eggs in the pan and cover with ice. Let stand for approximately one minute. Put the top on the pan. While holding the top of the pan securely in place, shake the pan hard. The eggs will separate from the shell and you can just lift the eggs out and rinse to make sure all the shell is off. You can also shell the eggs individually by rolling each egg on the counter top or cutting board until the shells crack all around.
