How Do You Prepare Beef Tenderloin Steak?
“Hi, I’m Sue Walker and I’m going to show you how to prepare beef tenderloin steak. You will need a broiler pan or a baking pan with a wire rack, cooking spray and tongs. The ingredients are tenderloin steak, olive oil, salt, pepper and Cavender’s Greek seasoning. Preheat the oven to broil. Make sure the oven rack is toward the top of the oven. Spray the broil pan with cooking spray and then pour one cup of water into the bottom of the broiler pan. Brush the meat with the olive oil and then season it with the Cavender’s seasoning. Sprinkle with salt and pepper using your own taste as a guide as to how much to use. Place the steaks on the broiler pan and put it in the oven on the top rack. Close the door and make sure you watch closely because it will cook very fast. Broil the steak until it gets to your desired degree of doneness. Take it out of the oven and serve it hot.
