Learn this fun way to prepare seafood. Grind the pepper, trim and slice the bacon and toast the bread. Cut off the stems from the peppers, cut out the centers and remove the seeds and membranes. Chop the peppers into bite-sized chunks. Place the scallops and peppers in a saucepan and sauté them in butter. Stick the scallops, peppers and bacon on metal or wooden skewers and dust with salt and pepper. Broil in the oven for 15 minutes at 475 degrees.
