Learn how to program your Nissan Remote without going to the dealer. This simple procedure takes less than 5 minutes and will cost you nothing. Get in the driver seat and close all the doors. Lock all the doors using the driver’s side power lock/unlock switch. Insert the key into the ignition and remove it from ignition six times or more within 10 seconds. Make sure you remove it from the ignition cylinder fully each time. *If you remove it too fast, the system will not enter the programming mode. The hazard lamps will begin to flash if you followed the procedure correctly. Once the system enters the programming mode, insert the key into the ignition cylinder once again and turn to the ON position without starting the car.
