How Do You Put Pads In Football Pants?
“Hi my name is Coach Jesse Shale, football coach at Miami Christian School in Miami, Florida. In this clip I’m going to show you how to put pads into your football pants. You will need football pants. You will need a football girdle. You will need football pads. You have to understand that first we have two pairs of pants that we’ve got. We’ve got first what’s called a girdle and this is a thinner more elastic piece that’s going to go underneath and then we have our actual football pants which are a little sturdier and are going to go on the outside. Now some of you may not have both of these. You’ll at least have the football pants. Here’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to take the pads that go in the girdle which are the two hip pads, the tail pad and the two thigh pads and we’re going to put those into the girdle.
