How Do You Raise Money For Charity Or Non Profit Organizations?
In a slow economy it’s hard to raise the money you need but it can be done. There are many creative things you can do- make a lunch for your coworkers, hand out baby bottles to affiliates- These creative ideas will give you the BOOST you need to make your donations soar. The first way to raise money is a change drive. Find some type of creative container that people can take home and put loose change into and bring back to you. My co-workers and I raised money for march of Dimes. We took baby baottle and handed them out at a corporate meeting to the other agents in other offices. We encouraged our associates to go home and find loose change and place them in the bottles. If they had no loose change, keep the bottle in the house for a week and bring it back. Everyone had something. A little change from a lot of people amounts to more than you would think. You could also use coffee cans or shoe boxes- flower pots. Get creative.
