You will be learning how to Format your hard disk drive (HDD) and Reinstall Windows. Get your Windows CD, Have your Windows Product Key Ready. Insert the Windows CD in the CD-ROM Tray. Next power off the computer and let it boot back up and continually pressing the F12 Key a black screen will appear. Select the option to BOOT FROM CD-ROM. Once the BOOT FROM CD-ROM screens selected the computer will start booting from CD. It will start loading Device Drivers. Let it load all the way up. A blue screen will appear. Use the Keyboard to select F8 to Reinstall Windows. It will search for an Operating System. Press the (L) Key to Delete the CURRENT OPERATING SYSTEM. The CD will automatically Format and Partition the Hard Drive. Finish by following the On Screen Instructions. Some computers will ask for the Windows Product Key at the beginning of Install. Just type the CD Key in and sit back and relax! Take a breath.
