How Do You Remember To Drink Eight Glasses Of Water A Day?

0

Everyone knows that drinking enough water is good for health and weight loss. But it’s so hard to remember to drink that much! I have a simple system that reminds you to drink your water, and keeps track of your progress. Gather eight small objects. (I use plastic dogs, pretty rocks and other small knickknacks.) Each object represents a glass of water. Set the objects in a place where you will notice them. I put them on the shelf over my sink. You can put them on your desk, on a table in the hallway, next to the computer – anywhere you will be sure to notice them throughout the day. Each time you drink a glass of water, move one object to the next shelf. When all the objects have been moved to another shelf – you know you have consumed enough water for the day. Tomorrow – move them back one by one to the original shelf.
