Mark Ecko leather watch bands have a reputation for durability and overall quality and rarely need to be fixed or replaced. But if they do, or if it’s just time for a change of style, you can replace the leather band yourself pretty quickly. Remove the band from the watch case. Position the watch on its side. Use a spring bar tool to remove the spring bar from one side of the watch. Measure the space between the lugs on the watch. Alternatively you can measure the width of the old band. Purchase the band of your choice that will fit the measurements of the watch lugs. Insert the spring bars from the old band into the ends of the new band. Insert the end of the new band with the spring bars into the opening in the side of the watch case. Use the forked end of the spring bar tool to snap the spring bars into place. Repeat steps 1 and 3 for the other side of the watch.
