You have to take all screw from bottom of inside door, remove the cover around the handle at the left top and bottom with a flat screwdriver. Remove the screw at the top right that has a plactic tab covering it, then take the screw out from inside the handle and then remover the cover with the switches, there is another screw holding the doorpanel to the door frame, you have to use a flat putty knife of screwdriver to get underneath the doorpanel to easily pry off the door panel. Remove the clear plastic easy because you replace it later, The motor is held on by 3 bolts, take the nuts off and the motor will come out. you hve to remove the regulator and motor to replace the motor, BE SURE THE WINDOW DOES NOT FALL DOWN OR IT WILL BREAK. The regulator is holding the window up . Good luck, I still haven’t done mine yet.
