In the Main Menu of Internet Explorer, click on Tools and select the Enable or Disable Add-ons option. You will see the Manage Add-ons window. Ensure that the Add-ons Currently Loaded in Internet Explorer option is selected in the Show area. Look for Java(tm) Plug-in SSV Helper in the list and select it with the mouse. In the settings area below, select Disable. Click OK to exit the Manage Add-ons window. You will see a message to close Internet Explorer and restart.
