How Do You Theoretically Create An Electrical Force Field/Shield?

0

This is my theoretical design for a force field I came up with. I remembered the electric fences that kept the cows from wandering off that I have seen where I live and have actually touched one when I was a child. being that was not a pleasant experience–I didn’t like it and would not want to touch it again, I thought perhaps that could be applied to a vehicle or a structure. I just thought this one would be fun one to imagine, but I don’t expect anyone to try it. It would likely be expensive anyhow and more of a government project. Along with electric fence, this is also based on how electricity jumps from neuron to neuron in the brain. You need to have all your parts together, tiny little antennas or lightning rod like metal, wiring, tools, a control box, rubber insulation, and of course your vehicle or structure you want to attach the parts to. Additional hardware like screws, mounting devices, and other items may be needed. You also might need a drill to make holes. Make holes in
