How do you throw a frisbee?
“Hucking the Disc” by jamie • Use Your Head. Go outside. Make sure the area is clear of small children or be prepared to tell the neigbors why their 4 year old has a black eye. • Position Your Feet. Make sure you are lined up in such a ways that your fleet, upper body, and arm will face directly toward the target when you release the Frisbee. • Pick It Up. Grip the Frisbee with your your throwing hand (usually the hand you write with). • Correct Fingering. Place your thumb above the Frisbee, and your index finger directly below it, as if you were getting ready to “snap” your fingers, but with the Frisbee in between. • Shift Your Weight. Lean back on your back leg, while at the same time moving the Frisbee as far back across your body is comfortable. • Start Your Throw. Cross the arm you are throwing with over your chest to the opposite side of your body. • Releasing the Disc. Toss the frisbee while flicking your wrist quickly.
