Plug a lamp or other device into the outlet. If there is no power, check the fuse box. Check that the garage door spring has not broken. Wait for 15 minutes then try again. Repeated usage may have caused the motor to overheat and shut down. Check if the opener lights are blinking. This may indicate a problem with the safety reversing sensors. Adjust the downward force by turning the force adjustment control counterclockwise with a screwdriver. The force adjustment controls are located on the right side panel of the motor unit.
