Follow these simple steps to upload a GIF file to your File Manager. Find the picture you want to add to your site and save it in an easy-to-find place on your computer, such as the desktop. Take note of the name of the file that you want to upload. Go to the GeoCities Web site. From there you need to either log on to your account or make a new account. Accounts are easy to set up.
