How Do You Use A Cotton Powder Puff?
Cotton powder puffs are soft and fluffy. They’re often used to apply loose powder, body shimmer or talcum powder. Powder puffs are the tool of choice when it comes to applying loose powder, especially if you’re covering a larger area. Apply foundation as usual, and then use a small, cotton powder puff dipped in loose powder to set it for all-day coverage. Make sure to use a short, dabbing motion for a light dusting effect. Shake out the remaining product and use empty puff to even out powder. Use a cotton powder puff to set concealer and hide blemishes and scars. Apply concealer and then dust a small amount of powder over the top. Dab lightly at the area to make sure excess powder is removed.
